Cauliflower dish is a delicious food that is low in starch and full of health benefit.

OUTLINE OF INGREDIENT
.2 garlic cloves already minced
.softened, 4 oz cream cheese
.2 medium heads cauliflower already cleaned and cut into small pieces
.Grated, half cup Parmesan cheese
.3/4 tea spoon salt
.Softened,5 table spoon unsalted butter
.3/4 tea spoon freshly ground black pepper
.1/4 cup green onions,chopped
.preparation time not more than 10 minutes
.cooking time not more than 20 minute
STEPS IN PREPARATION
Step1.Pour 3 quart of water in a 5 quarts stock pot and add 1 tea spoon salt.
Let the water boil, there and then add the cauliflower.Cook for about 8 minutes
or alternative until it is well done.
Step2.After well cooked remove from fire,drain well,then pat the cooked cauliflower,
dry between several layers of paper towels.You can remove as much water as you can.
Step3.Put the cooked cauliflower in a food processor or a bowl of a stand mixer,fitted
with a paddle attachment,add the cream cheese,Parmesan,garlic,salt,pepper and butter.Mix well until smooth.
Now your cauliflower dish is ready serve immediately with a garnish of onions,if you like.
