Cauliflower dish is a delicious food that is low in starch and full of health benefit. When selecting your cauliflower,make sure you do not select those that are wilting or discoloration.Chose those that are cream colored and with bright green leaves. However below is the receipt on how to prepare cauliflower dish        OUTLINE OF INGREDIENT .2 garlic cloves already minced .softened, 4 oz cream cheese .2 medium heads cauliflower already cleaned and cut into small pieces .Grated, half cup Parmesan cheese .3/4 tea spoon salt .Softened,5 table spoon unsalted butter .3/4 tea spoon freshly ground black pepper .1/4 cup green onions,chopped .preparation time not more than 10 minutes .cooking time not more than 20 minute STEPS IN PREPARATION Step1.Pour 3 quart of water in a 5 quarts stock pot and add 1 tea spoon salt.
