Three,pork,this food contain high level fat and salt which effect cholesterol level. Fourth,deep fry foods, these foods are loaded with fat and combining these type of food with cheese is dangerous. Five,refine carbonhydrates,these type of foods contain refine sugar which effect blood sugar level.
